Return Policy

Your item is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. If you are unhappy with the quality or fit of the holster just notify us for a return, refund, or exchange.

1. Please email RUTholsters@gmail.com to request a refund, return or exchange.
2. Return Label is at customer expense.

Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

If you are unhappy with your RUT Holsters holster we will make it right by offering an exchange for a different holster of equal or lesser value.
